Setting up an account at an online casino is quick, but knowing exactly what to expect at each step saves time and frustration. This guide walks you through registration, wagering math, payment methods, security, and troubleshooting — all tailored for PartyCasino users in Ontario.
Before You Start
- You must be at least 19 years old and physically located in Ontario to play at Party Casino.
- Have a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or Ontario photo card) ready for verification.
- Use a stable internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Prepare a funding method: credit/debit card, Interac e-Transfer, or online wallet.
- Understand that all transactions and gameplay are governed by Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) rules.
- Remember that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax; check with a tax professional.
Creating Your Account
- Visit partycasinoontario.com and click the green “Sign Up” button in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address, create a strong password (at least 8 characters, one uppercase, one number), and select your country and currency.

- Provide your mobile phone number for SMS verification. A one-time code will be sent; enter it within 5 minutes.

- Review the terms and conditions, check the age confirmation box, and click “Create Account.”
- You will receive a welcome email. Click the verification link to activate your account.
Wagering Calculation
Understanding wagering requirements is key to turning bonus money into withdrawable cash. Party Casino often offers a welcome bonus such as “100% match up to C$1,000” with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Here is how to calculate the total amount you must wager before withdrawal.
Formula: Total Wagering Required = Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier
Example: You deposit C$200 and receive a C$200 bonus. Wagering requirement = 35x bonus. So: C$200 × 35 = C$7,000. You must place bets totaling C$7,000 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
With real numbers: If the bonus is C$100 and the requirement is 35x, the calculation is: 100 × 35 = C$3,500 total wager. If you deposit C$500 and get a C$500 bonus, the wager is 500 × 35 = C$17,500.
Important: Only certain games contribute 100% to wagering. Slots usually count fully, while table games like blackjack or roulette may contribute only 10–20%. Always check the game contribution table in the bonus terms to avoid wasting bets.

Security Overview
Party Casino employs 128-bit SSL encryption to secure data between your browser and their servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available via an authenticator app — enable it in your account settings for an extra layer of protection. The site is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), which mandates regular fairness audits by independent testing labs like eCOGRA. Your personal information is stored in compliance with Ontario’s privacy laws and is never shared with third parties without your consent. For mobile play, the progressive web app (PWA) version works directly from your browser and does not store sensitive data locally.
Troubleshooting
- Scenario 1: “I don’t receive the verification email.” Check your spam/junk folder. If not there, wait 10 minutes and click “Resend verification email” on the login page. Still stuck? Contact support via live chat.
- Scenario 2: “My deposit failed.” Ensure your card is enabled for online gambling, the billing address matches your account, and you have sufficient funds. Try Interac e-Transfer as a backup.
- Scenario 3: “The bonus did not credit.” Read the bonus terms: some bonuses require a minimum deposit (e.g., C$20). If you met the conditions, contact support with your deposit ID.
- Scenario 4: “I forgot my password.” Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive a reset link via email. If you lose access to your email, use your security question to recover the account.
- Scenario 5: “Withdrawal is pending for more than 48 hours.” First, complete any pending KYC requests. Then check your chosen method’s processing time (see table). If still delayed, chat with support and provide your transaction ID.
FAQ
How do I verify my identity at Party Casino?
Go to the “Account” section, select “Verification,” and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or Ontario photo card). You may also need a proof of address (utility bill dated within 90 days). Verification usually takes 24–48 hours.
What is the minimum age to play?
You must be 19 years or older and physically present in Ontario to play at PartyCasino.
Can I use a VPN to access the casino from outside Ontario?
No. Using a VPN violates the terms and conditions. Your account may be suspended, and winnings forfeited if you are found accessing the site from outside the province.
How long do withdrawals take?
After approval, Interac e-Transfer and online wallets typically process within 24 hours. Credit/debit cards take 1–3 business days. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?
Party Casino does not charge fees for any deposit or withdrawal method listed. However, your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees — check with them before transacting.
What games can I play with the welcome bonus?
Most slots and some table games qualify. Check the bonus terms for a list of eligible games and their contribution percentages. Generally, slots contribute 100%, blackjack and roulette contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games may contribute less.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Log in, go to “Account Settings,” then “Security.” Click “Enable 2FA” and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup.
Is my data safe on mobile?
Yes. PartyCasino uses the same SSL encryption on its mobile-optimized website and PWA as on the desktop version. No personal data is stored on your device beyond session cookies, which expire when you log out.
Can I set deposit limits?
Yes. Go to “Responsible Gambling” in your account settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These take effect immediately and cannot be reduced for 7 days.
Insider Advice
Responsible gambling tools are there to keep play safe and fun. Use the “Deposit Limit” feature to cap how much you can add in a day, week, or month. Set a “Session Limit” to receive a pop-up reminder after a chosen time (e.g., 1 hour). If you ever feel you need a break, the “Self-Exclusion” option blocks your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years — and you cannot reverse it early. Access all these tools under “Responsible Gambling” in your account settings. Remember, gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money.
Now you have a complete roadmap — from registration to withdrawal. Use the steps and calculations above to maximize your experience while staying in control. Good luck, and play responsibly.
